ABOUT US
Welcome to Old Wulfrunians JFC: a Junior Football club based in Wolverhampton.
Football for Everyone: The Old Wulfs Way
At Old Wulfrunians, we believe every child deserves the chance to play football, no matter their circumstances. Football is more than just a game - it’s about building confidence, forming friendships, and creating memories that last a lifetime.
We’re proud to be a family-first club, where community spirit is at the heart of everything we do. Old Wulfs more than just a club - it’s a family.
We’re here to make sure every player has fun and enjoys their football journey. Whether it’s on the pitch, in training, or celebrating as a team, it’s all about creating a positive, welcoming environment where young players can thrive.
OLD WULFS CLUB HISTORY
The football journey commenced in August 2017 when Phil Plant and Tom Hill established their own team, WV Athletic. Initially training once a week on Sundays at Banktock Park and Coltan Hills School, the team began with only a small number of players. Unfortunately, they missed the registration deadline for the inaugural season but continued to train and attract more players. By June 2018, WV Athletic participated in their first competitive tournament in Oldbury.
