7. What are your goals for this season? To make the lads more competitive and to perform to there highest potential possible
8. In your opinion how do the coaches help you to achieve these goals? As a coach I think we put into place a professionalism platform and encourage the players to grow to there potential
9. In your opinion, what one thing could you do to improve from last season? I think the lads could believe in themselves a bit more

11. In your opinion what makes a good team player? A willingness to understand we aren’t perfect but a passion to try hard at training and game always give a 100% for your team/family
12. What is the strongest part of your game? Encouragement and tactical changes
13. What is your weakest part of your game and how can we work to improve this? Being too nice
14. Off the back of last season, what is your guess for league position this season? Hopefully champions
15. What would you like to see more of at training? Commitment and for the lads to knuckle down and give the team 100%
