Today, we went up against Kewford Eagles west , a team that had beaten us last time, so we were really hoping to turn things around since we’ve been playing well lately. 

Old Wulfs started strong, putting pressure on Kewford and creating a few chances. But in the 10th minute, Kewford broke down the left and scored, making it 1-0. After that, it was a pretty balanced game with both teams going back and forth. In the 31st minute, Old Wulfs earned a corner taken by Ethan, which found Logan, and he coolly finished it to make it 1-1. 

Halftime score was 1-1. Phil mentioned how well we were playing but emphasised the need to create more space and move the ball faster. 

The second half kicked off with both teams giving it their all, making for an exciting match! With ten minutes left, Old Wulfs made a mistake in the 63rd minute, and Kewford capitalised, scoring to make it 2-1. Just five minutes later, they scored again, bringing it to 3-1. Old Wulfs had their chances but just couldn’t find the finishing touch. 

Tough luck today, Old Wulfs, not coming away with any points. We’ll regroup and hopefully start racking up some wins soon.
